When can I preorder?
Preorders are only available every Wednesday & Friday.

When can I collect my orders?
Our collection and delivery days are every Friday. You can specify your preferred Friday in the order form, and we will prepare your order accordingly.

What is the delivery/Self Collection time?
FRIDAYS
Self Collection time 11:00am to 1:00pm
Delivery time is between 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Why is the item I want sold out?
To maintain the highest quality, we produce a limited quantity of each item daily, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I make payment?
Once we have received your order, a confirmation and payment advice will be sent to you via email. Please kindly check the email for payment details and order confirmation. Order is only confirmed after your payment is received by Grains by Sourhunk.
